About Ulfah
Fostering Outher Strength & Inner Peace
I am a registered Occupational Therapist with over 10 years of experience, supporting individuals across the lifespan.
I have extensive experience supporting children with disabilities across paediatric, community, and early intervention settings. I also work with adolescents and adults experiencing mental health challenges.

Originally from South Africa, I relocated to Australia with my husband and son, bringing with me a strong appreciation for culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and family-centred care.

Throughout my career, I have supported children with a range of developmental needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Global Developmental Delay, sensory processing differences, and emotional regulation challenges. Alongside this, I have extensive experience working with teens and adults to support mental health, emotional wellbeing, daily functioning, and participation in meaningful life roles.

I established Harmony OT Solutions to offer services that prioritise the individual and their support network. Free from unnecessary pressure, rigid KPIs, or a one-size-fits-all approach. I believe therapy should feel supportive, flexible, and respectful, meeting people where they are and building skills at a pace that feels safe and sustainable.
